Toscana, a 210,000 square foot luxury residential tower on Manhattan’s
Upper East Side was developed in joint venture with Post Properties. Construction
was completed in February 2003. The building features superior finishes
and a mix of traditional and loft-style apartments. Clarett sold its interest
in the property to Post Properties.
