The New York Jets training camp that was to be located at Hofstra
University was being developed under The Clarett Group’s program
management services. The project was to include a complete renovation of
existing facilities and an 18,000 square foot expansion.

In this advisory role, Clarett was responsible for representing the owner’s
interest by managing the development process, providing direction to the
design team, performing cost analysis and coordinating relations between
development owner, architect, consultants and the construction manager.
